Please note that once a subscription or purchase is made, it is non-refundable.

This applies to all our offerings, including but not limited to:

  • NinjaTrader Indicators
  • Amibroker AFLs
  • Cloud VPS
  • Market Data APIs
  • Pix Connect Ver 3 or 4
  • IEOD Services
  • Training Programs
  • Any other software, service, or subscription offered by Accelpix
Why No Refunds?

Since our services are prepaid and trial-based, we encourage all customers to utilize the trial period to thoroughly test the product. This ensures full transparency and customer satisfaction before any payment is made.

Important Points to Consider:

Product Performance:

  • All products are provided “as is” with no guarantees of universal performance across all conditions.
  • Functionality issues discovered after the trial period will not be grounds for a refund.

Clarifications:

  • For any doubts or questions about a product’s features or performance, we strongly recommend reaching out before subscribing.
  • Please do not rely on assumptions—always seek clarification in advance.

Data Disruptions:

  • While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, occasional disruptions may occur.
  • If any disruption exceeds 20 minutes, we will extend your subscription by 1 day as compensation. However, such disruptions do not qualify for a refund.
